Processing Time
Each Nicheverse artifact is created or packaged with care before it begins its journey to you. Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days, but handmade or specialty items may take a little longer depending on the partner studio or supplier.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the item’s origin. Typical U.S. delivery is 5–10 business days, though international orders may take longer. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Multiple Shipments
Because some treasures are crafted by different fulfillment partners, parts of your order may arrive in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the weight or size of your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—follow our store updates or social pages for those announcements.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses entered during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package appears lost or delayed, contact us at support@bababoomal.com and include your order number. We’ll work with our shipping partners to locate or replace your order whenever possible.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues
Orders returned to us because of an undeliverable address or failure to claim the package may incur reshipment costs. We’ll email you if that happens so we can resolve it quickly.
